Transitioning from Legacy chatbot to Pulse chatbot

This article will guide you in transitioning from the Legacy chatbot to the Pulse chatbot

In this article, you can find an overview of the main differences between the Legacy chatbot and the Pulse chatbot.

Step 1: Check your plan

  1. If you're on a Basic, Premium, Business or Enterprise plan, you can already discover Pulse and start building: Watch our video tutorials and check our Help Center to learn about all the features and benefits of Pulse. Since your plan already allows you to, you can already start building your chatbot and chat widget.  
  2. If you're not yet on one of the plans above, you can already start discovering Pulse by watching our video tutorials and check our Help Center to learn about all the features and benefits of Pulse.

Step 2: Schedule a meeting

Plan a one-on-one meeting with your Customer Success Manager here to discuss your specific needs for your organization. If you're not yet on a Basic, Premium, Business or Enterprise plan, we will also discuss what plan best suits your needs and wishes. 

Step 3: Join our webinar

Step 4: Begin transition

Together with your Customer Success Manager you will create a plan for a smooth transition. If you want to start already, you can do so! 

There are 3 easy steps to build your Pulse chatbot: adding knowledge, testing and activating your chatbot. Use this Help Center article for a complete step-by-step guide.

Step 5: Complete transition by December 2024

Ensure that your new chatbot is fully operational before December 2024.
