Hyperlinks do not work on instagram. This is because Instagram's API (the way of talking between Watermelon's platform and Instagram) does not allow it.

When you use a Hyperlink, you place an URL 'behind' your text, as it were. As you can see in the image, on Instagram, the URL is shown instead of your entered text. This of course, does not look nice. Keep this in mind when using the chatbot on instagram.
