It is possible to let your customer schedule an appointment through the chatbot. This is possible with the calendar module! This way you can ask the customer when it is convenient to visit the showroom or schedule a call appointment.
Adding the calendar module
Go to create a conversation or to an existing conversation: Chatbot > Add Knowledge > Conversations
When it's time to schedule an appointment you can choose Calendar from the left menu.
Then you can indicate which option the customer will get. It is also possible to specify a time in the past, this is used for example if you want to know when a customer has been last, or when a certain event has occurred.

By clicking on the desired date, the customer can indicate when a conversation or appointment is most convenient! You can also ask for a desired time by adding a multiple choice module with two (or more) time slots as a follow-up question.
