At this moment, Instagram only supports a connection with Instagram Direct Messages.
Other methods of communication through Instagram, such as Instagram Shopping, Instagram Ads or comments on posts, are not supported at the moment. These messages will therefore not be visible in Watermelon and can not be automated with the chatbot.
Messages received through Direct Messages, including replies to Stories, are received in Watermelon and can also be automated with the chatbot.
