How do I activate or deactivate an agent?

If you would like to activate or deactivate an agent to your chatbot, you can easily do so by using the following steps:

  • Go to Settings
    Click Create/Edit Agents
  • Click on the agent you want to activate or deactivate
  • Scroll down once you’ve selected the agent. Here you will find a button that says “Activate agent” or “Deactivate agent” . Click here to activate or deactivate your agent.

Once an agent is activated or deactivated in the platform, they will get notified through their email. 

Once an agent is reactivated, they can log in again by using the current password.
