Creating a report in Statistics (BETA)

This article guides you through how to create a report in Statistics (BETA)

The reports in Insights provide clear insights into the performance of your AI Agent(s). You can create, customize, and export your own reports. Below, you'll learn how to do this.

The new statistics page is shown by default, with a “BETA” label. Click “Disable BETA” to return to the old version (only visible for accounts created before 11 July 2025).

New accounts will only see the new Statistics

 1. Creating a custom report

  • Click "Create report".

  • Enter a name for your report.

  • Select filter options from the dropdown menus:

    • Select AI AgentUser or Channel or a combination. Valid filter combinations:

      • Users + Channels

      • AI Agent + Channels

  • Click “Create report” — the report will be saved.

  • You can create and save as many reports as you want.

2. Editing a report

  • Click on a saved report to open the report. 

  • You can update the report name by clicking on the three dots button. You can amend the date range in the date filters.

3. Exporting a report as CSV

  • Within a report, click the three dots button and select Export
  • Your report will start downloading immediately

4. Deleting a report

  • Within a report, click the three dots button and select Delete to delete your report

5. Pinning reports to the menu

  • Pin any report using the pin icon next to the report name; pinned reports appear first in the left menu.

  • Default report “All” is always pinned at the top and cannot be edited or deleted (only the date range can be changed).

  • Unpinned reports appear in order of creation (oldest first).

Technical & privacy considerations

  • Data reflects CEST time zone.

  • Data is not real-time

  • All data is GDPR compliant and will be deleted where applicable.
