When you want to attract the attention of your visitors in the chat, it helps to make certain pieces of text bold, italicized or underlined. In this article you can read how to realize this.

If you want to bold, italicize or underline the text of a conversation or question & answer, this is done in the following way. Within the conversation or Q&A module, select the part of the text or some words and it will be highlighted in blue. Then the symbols will appear as shown in the image below.
The symbol on the left is used to make selected text bold.
The second symbol is for italicizing text.
The third symbol you can use to underline the text.
Of course you can also apply all the functions to the selected text so that it is bold, italic and underlined.
