Activating, deactivating, or deleting an agent

This article explains how to activate, deactivate, or delete an agent.

Go to Settings and then Users to access the user overview. At the top, you’ll find two tabs: Active users and Inactive users.

Deactivating or deleting active users

In the Active users tab, you can deactivate users via the three dots under Options next to the user. Click the three dots and then select Deactivate user.

To delete a user, follow the same steps. Click the three dots and then select Delete user.

Activating or deleting inactive users

In the Inactive users tab, you can reactivate users by navigating to the status labeled Inactive and clicking the Reactivate user button. You also have the option to delete the user using the trash bin icon under Options.

 

Please note: deleting a user cannot be undone.

 

When you activate or deactivate an agent, they will be notified via email. After reactivation, the agent can log in again using their existing password.
