Activate your chatbot with Pulse

Ready to go live? Learn how to activate your chatbot in this article.

After creating, adding knowledge and testing the chatbot, it's time to activate your Watermelon Pulse chatbot! You do this by clicking on 'Activate' in your chatbot (bottom left). 

Note: If you have been a Watermelon customer for a while and have a Legacy chatbot live on your website, first unlink it from the channel you want to connect the new chatbot to. Your widget will remain online, and no further steps need to be taken in the backend of your website.


Here you will see the channels you previously linked/selected when creating the chatbot. Check if these are indeed the channels on which you want to chatbot live. 

Click on 'Activate'.

Congratulations! Your chatbot is now live! 🎉

Now, it's crucial to analyze incoming conversations and continue optimizing the chatbot based on the live results.
