      Activate or deactivate an agent

      Learn how to activate or deactivate an agent in Watermelon from this article.

      • Go to Settings.
      • Click Create/Edit Agents.
      • Select the agent you want to activate or deactivate.

      • Once you have selected the agent, scroll down. Here you will find a button labeled "Activate agent" or "Deactivate agent". Click on it to activate or deactivate the agent.

      When you activate or deactivate an agent, the agent will be notified via email. After reactivating an agent, the agent can log in again using the existing password.

       

      Note: It's not possible to delete an agent yourself. If you want to permanently remove an agent from your account, you can email this request to support@watermelon.ai.
