      GIF's on Instagram

      If you work with Instagram, it's important to know that GIF's do not work. This is simply because the Instagram API does not support it.

      What do you see in the platform?
      In the Watermelon platform, you see the conversations exactly as you built them. 

      What does a customer see if you do have a GIF in your chatbot?
      On Instagram, a customer only sees a still image. This image is the first frame of your GIF. As seen here:

      Instead of the GIF, the customer only sees a still image.
