- Domain Knowledge: The Domain knowledge is like your chatbot's brain. It involves over-arching knowledge about the chatbot’s identity, such as who it is, which company it works for, and the tone of voice it should use. This is used in all answers the chatbot generates and is therefore very important! It's the most impactful knowledge and had priority over other added knowledge.
- Instructions: These guide the chatbot on how to respond to specific topics and use knowledge effectively. Unlike Domain knowledge, Instructions are not mandatory for every response but are applied as needed.
