If you do not see your team in the conversation overview, this can have several causes.
When a team is not visible in your conversation overview, this can be due to three reasons. The causes are listed below:
1. You have not yet created a team. You can only see teams in your conversation history if they have been created. Click on Settings in the upper right and then on Create new team. Give the team a name, a description, and add individual users to this team.
2. You are not yet a member of a team. You will only see a team in the conversation overview if you are a user added to a team. Click Settings in the top right corner and click on the name of the team to which you want to add users. Click the + button and select the user you want to add to the team.
Note: only a user with an administrator role can add or remove other users from a team.
3. You are logged in to the wrong account. You may be logging in with an account that is not yet associated with an existing team. Log in on the account of which you are sure that it is linked to a team.
