I can't connect my Facebook

How to resolve the issue:

  1. Open Facebook:

    • Navigate to Facebook and log in to your account.
  2. Access Account Settings:

    • In the upper right corner of the Facebook interface, click on your account to access a dropdown menu.
    • From the dropdown menu, select the profile you want to connect to Watermelon.
  3. Navigate to Settings:

    • Once on your profile, again locate the upper right corner and click on it.
    • In the dropdown menu, find and click on "Settings and privacy".
  4. Access App Settings:

    • Within the "Settings and privacy" section, select "Settings".
    • On the left-hand menu, scroll down and locate "Apps and websites".
  5. Adjust Preferences:

    • Within "Apps and websites", navigate to "Preferences" and then to "Apps, websites, and games".
    • Here, select 'Turn on' to ensure that your Facebook account can be connected to external services like Watermelon.

Note: Check that you are administrator of the Facebook page and that the preferences are actually saved after you click 'Turn on'. You can do this by refreshing the page and checking that it is indeed turned on.
