Allow Watermelon access to your account

With access to your Watermelon account, we can support you quickly and efficiently. In this article, we explain how to allow access to our colleagues.

Why allow access?

By giving us access to your account, we can directly assist you with any questions and provide support where needed. This is useful for support inquiries and allows your Customer Success Manager to review your account before a meeting and provide tailored advice during the meeting.

 

How to allow access?

  • Log in to your Watermelon account.
  • Go to Settings (bottom left in your account).
  • Click on 'My company'.
  • Toggle the switch at 'Account access' to 'Grant Watermelon Access'.

Now the Watermelon employees have access to your account!
