Deactivate your chatbot with Pulse

If you want to deactivate your chatbot, you can learn how to do it in this article.

You may wish to (temporarily) deactivate the chatbot. You do this by navigating to 'Pulse' in the main menu, then going to the relevant chatbot and go to 'Deactivate chatbot' in the lower left corner. Then click on the 'Deactivate chatbot' button.
