Your account settings

Under Your account, you can configure your personal account settings. This article explains exactly what you can manage in this section.

When you’re logged into Watermelon, click the gear icon in the top right corner to access Settings, then select Your account from the menu on the left. Below you’ll find an overview of the available settings.

Profile picture

At the top, you can upload a photo or image to your account. This picture will be visible in Conversations and in the chat widget when a conversation is assigned to you. Both your colleagues and end-users will be able to see this image.

Information

Under Information, you can set your first and last name, title (of your role), pronouns, bio (a short description about yourself), teams, and timezone.

The teams refer to the groups you’re part of within Watermelon. This ensures that when a conversation is forwarded to a relevant team, you’ll be able to pick it up.

Change e-mail

In the Change e-mail section, you can update the e-mail address you use to log in, if desired.

Change password

Through the Change Password section, you can update the password used to log in.

 

When making changes, don’t forget to click Save, Change e-mail address, or Change password to apply your updates.
