Take over a chatbot conversation

Are you an admin? You can follow the chatbot's conversations in real-time and take over at any moment. A support user can not see the chatbot's conversation. However, if the chatbot can't respond as it doesn't understand the question or doesn't know the answer, then the conversation will be transferred to a support employee who will take over. 

Observe the chatbot's conversations:
  1. Go to Conversation overview in the dashboard.
  2. Click on the chatbot on the left-hand side.
  3. You'll see all of the conversations the chatbot is having. 
  4. Choose a conversation and observe real-time (the customer won't see that you're watching). 
  5. At the bottom of the conversation pane is a button Take over conversation.
  6. Click take over conversation if you want to transfer the conversation to yourself.
