      Deleting an agent/colleague

      In this article, you'll learn how to remove an agent or colleague from your Watermelon environment.

      Deleting an agent

      In addition to activating or deactivating an agent, it's now also possible to permanently delete an agent. This can be done from the same menu.

      How do I delete an agent?

      1. Go to your agent overview.

      2. Click on the three dots (︙) next to the agent you want to manage.

      3. Select the Delete option.

      A confirmation message will appear before the agent is permanently removed. 

      Please note: this action cannot be undone.

      When should you use this option?

      Use this feature when an agent is no longer needed—for example, a test agent or a team member who has left the company. This helps keep your environment clean and up to date.
