      Opening the Chat Widget in full page mode

      It is possible to have the Chat Widget open in full page mode (embedded). This article explains how to achieve this.

      1. Navigate to Integrations and open your Chat Widget.

      2. Go to Embed Chat Widget options under Chat Widget Settings.

      3. Choose "Embedded".

      4. Click save changes at the bottom of the page. 

       

      Your Chat Widget will now open in full screen.
