Let the Chat Widget open automatically

You can draw more attention to your website widget by having it open automatically.

Automatically opening your Chat Widget helps draw visitors' attention to the chatbot on your website. The Chat Widget will only open the first time; afterward, only the launcher and, if applicable, the Eye Catcher will be shown. This ensures that if visitors minimize the chat, the widget does not keep reopening when they navigate to another page.

Follow the steps below to automatically open the Chat Widget:

1. Navigate to Integrations and open your Chat Widget.
2. Go to "Placement".
3. Under Automatically open once, select "On". The Chat Widget will now open automatically on your website
4. You can then choose to enable or disable automatic opening on mobile devices.
