Downloading the Watermelon App on an iPhone
With the Watermelon app on your iPhone, you have access to your conversations anytime and anywhere. Whether you're on the go or need to quickly switch between tasks, the mobile app makes your experience even more seamless. This article explains how to download and install the Watermelon app on your iPhone.

Downloading the Watermelon App on an iPhone
- Open the App Store
On your iPhone, go to the App Store. - Search for the Watermelon App
Use the search bar at the top of the screen and type "Watermelon." If you don't immediately see the logo below, search for "Watermelon Business." - Download the app
Click the Download button next to the Watermelon app. - Open the Watermelon app
Once the download is complete, you can open the app by tapping Open in the App Store or by tapping the Watermelon icon on your home screen. - Log In to Your Account
Enter your Watermelon login credentials and start managing your conversations right away.
Enabling Push Notifications
To ensure you don't miss any messages, we recommend enabling push notifications:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Go to Notifications and find the Watermelon app in the list.
- Turn on Allow Notifications and customize your preferences (e.g., sounds, banners, or lock screen alerts).
With these settings, you'll always be notified of new messages and stay easily connected with your customers!
