Connecting your Chat Widget to the chatbot

In this article, we explain how to link your chat widget to your chatbot.

If you have set up your chatbot and created your Chat Widget, the next step is to link them together.

In the Pulse menu, click on the three dots next to the chatbot you want to link. Then, click on Chatbot Profile.

In the pop-up window, select the Widget you want to link to the chatbot and click Save Changes.

You can link multiple Chat Widgets to your chatbot.
