In this article, you’ll learn how to choose the best AI model for your AI Agent based on your specific use case, performance needs, and conversation complexity.
What are AI Models?
AI models are the engine behind your AI Agent. They process input (like customer questions) and generate output (like answers). Each model has unique strengths in reasoning, speed, memory, and language capabilities. Understanding these differences helps you build a more effective AI Agent.
How to Change the AI Model
You can easily change your AI Agent's model:
-
Navigate to 'Agents'
-
Click the three dots (⋯) in the top right corner.
-
Choose ‘AI Model’ from the dropdown menu.
-
Select the model that best fits the type of questions your AI Agent needs to handle.
Note: You can change the model at any time if you find that another one suits your use case better.
