Expand your AI Agent's knowledge with AI Search

Do you want to enrich your AI Agent's knowledge with up-to-date information from the web? This article will guide you through the process of setting up and using the AI Search feature effectively to do so.

Managing your URLs

To manage the URLs your AI Agent can search:

  1. Go to AI Search and see the added URL.

Technical details

  • We use the Google Search API to power AI Search.
  • The AI Agent will do a Google search on the question of the customer, the first result that comes out of this will be used, and the webpage will be scraped. This information is then formatted to an answer for the customer.
  • Total search time is capped at 7500 milliseconds to ensure quick responses.
  • The system checks whether data can be retrieved from each URL.
