Conversations don't appear

Does it seem that messages are not appearing in your dashboard? First check that all of your channels are linked properly.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Add/Edit Channels.
3. Re-authorize the channels if necessary.

My emails aren't showing up in the dashboard!

Emails will be automatically fetched every 10 minutes. You can also do this manually by clicking on Get mail in My conversations.
Note: if you open an email in your inbox before it's brought into the Watermelon dashboard, there won't be a notification that there's new mail. 

The open emails in your inbox aren't recognized by our software as new emails. Send and receive emails through the Dashboard to prevent new emails that have been opened elsewhere from not appearing in the dashboard.
