Conversation overview

All the ongoing conversations with customers appear in the conversation overview. As an admin, you can see at once all of the live conversations, which channels they're coming from, and if they've been picked up by a user or a chatbot.

How do I access the conversation overview?

The conversation overview opens automatically when you log in. When you're already in the dashboard and want to navigate to the conversation overview, go to Dashboard > Conversation overview.

What is the difference between access rights for admin and support users? 

As an admin you can see all conversations per channel and per colleague. As a support user you can only see your own conversations and pick up new conversations that have not been picked up by another user.
