Settings of the CXhub

You can edit the look and feel of CXhub to match your company branding.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Go to Add/Edit Channels.
3. Select CXhub.
4. Select the domain you want to edit.

You can edit your status message, welcome message and get started message.
You can also edit the CXhub screen and icon's color hex code.

What is a status message?

A status message is visible at the top of the chat window that provides information. Think about including an explanation of what the customer can expect from a CXhub or the topics he or she could ask about. In the picture below the status message is; Hi we use Watermelon 🍉

What is a welcome message?

Set up a welcome message  to say hello and invite your customer to ask a question. In the picture the welcome message is; Hi, I am Chatbot Charlie! How can i help you?

What is a Typebalk placeholder?

The Typebalk placeholder is a short piece of text that's already in the text field, which can be personalised or edited at will.

How do I change the color code?

You'll want your CXhub experience to match the look and feel of your website. Edit the color scheme in the same settings menu as the functionalities above.

You can easily edit the colors of the CXhub by changing the code of the main color.

Unlink your CXhub account from Watermelon

In the same Settings screen, you can find an option at the bottom of the menu to unlink your CXhub account.
