Language Switch

Of course you want the chatbot to communicate fully in the language in which it is built.
You can determine this yourself with the feature language switch. If you want the timestamp, the details on buttons and the calendar module in a different language, you can easily change this yourself.


How can I change it?

To change the language of your chatbot, go to settings ⚙️, then go to add/edit channels and select the CXhub of the channel that you would like to change. Here you find the option; language. After selecting the desired language, do not forget to click save to have your changes immediately visible in the channel.

Which languages can I choose?

Right now you can choose one of the following languages;

🇳🇱 Dutch
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 English
🇫🇷 French
🇩🇪 German


Of course we are busy to introduce other languages . If you would like to see another language, you can ask your Customer Success Manager about the possibilities.
