Export the results of conversations

After designing, testing and publishing your conversation, you'll want to understand how your customers are using the conversation.

Are customers abandoning the conversation prematurely? Which flow is selected most often? Are some buttons unnecessary?
Export the results of your conversations to answer these questions!

Export a conversation

Go to conversations and click on export result in the top right corner.
Select the conversation you want the results from, and in the upper-right select export.

It will then show you the options as shown below. Check every conversation you'd like the export results for and hit Export result
