Settings of the CXhub

You can edit the look and feel of the CXhub to match your company branding.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Go to Add/Edit Channels.
3. Select CXhub.
4. Select the domain you want to edit.

You can edit your titel, status message, welcome message and all the colors. 
You can also edit the CXhub screen and icon's color hex code.

Titel or company name

You start with the titel or company name of your CXhub. This title will be displayed as shown below. 

Status message

A status message is visible at the top of the chat window that provides the necessart information. Think about including an explanation of what topics the chatbot can handle or the opening hours of his human colleagues.

Welcome message

Set up a welcome message  to say hello and invite your visitor to ask a question. In many cases the chatbot will introduce himself and will invite you to start the conversation. The welcome message can also be displayed as an eyecatcher outside the chatscreen to trigger more conversations. How this is done is explained in this article.

How do I change the color code?

You'll want your CXhub experience to match the look and feel of your website. Edit the color scheme in the same settings menu as the functionalities above.

You can easily edit the colors of the CXhub by changing the code of the main color.

 Typebalk placeholder

The Typebalk placeholder is a short piece of text that's already in the text field, which can be personalized or edited at will.

Unlink your CXhub account from Watermelon

In the same Settings screen, you can find an option at the bottom of the menu to unlink your CXhub account.
