Connecting conversations

You can connect conversations together to avoid them becoming too long and messy.

Our advice: create a "main" conversation. This main conversation can be connecting to a followup conversation, based on the responses of your customer.

Connecting conversations to the main conversation also enable the customer to return to the main conversation, so the conversation doesn't stop, but simply starts another conversation.

Instead of choosing End conversation, choose Link to conversation:

Now you'll be asked to connect it to a conversation of your choosing.

When selected, it will automatically transfer the customer to the right conversation.

The customer will be connecting to the conversation you've chosen.

Another advantage of this is, for example, exporting the conversations. Now it is no longer necessary to export the entire tree and dig through, but you can export a selection, namely a chosen conversation.
