You may want to find a conversation with a specific customer, to see what was discussed with the customer in previous conversations.
This is why we have a function that records every conversation. This way you can retrieve all previous conversations with the relevant customer with a few clicks.
This is how you retrieve your old conversations within the conversation overview:
- Click on a conversation.
- Scroll down within your contact in the right menu.
- Select archive and view previous conversations here.
