Sorting conversations

This article explains how to sort your conversations.

As a company, you receive several questions each day. It is nice to see at a glance what the oldest message is that is still open, the newest message that you have received or a distinction between conversations that come in through different channels. This ensures a more efficient handling of customer questions, as you can keep an overview in various ways.


We have a sorting functionality for this, where you can sort the incoming conversations in different ways.

 

There are 3 possible sort functions:

  • Newest
    Sort conversations from newest to oldest.
  • Oldest
    Sort conversations from oldest to newest.
  • Alphabetically A-Z
    Sorting of conversations in alphabetical order of the contacts associated with each conversation.

 

To sort conversations, follow these steps:

  • Go to the conversation overview.
  • In the column where you see your conversations, there is a dropdown menu at the top right.
  • When you click on it, the different sorting options will appear.
  • Click on one of the sorting options to sort your conversations.
