When using tags you can easily categorize your conversations. This way you can see on which subject many questions are being asked. We will tell you more about this in this article.
Analyzing tags is useful when you want to get a clear picture of the topic that most questions are asked about. You then know that this topic needs a little more attention and your chatbot needs to be trained better on this. You can also export these tags. You do that as follows:
- Go to statistics.
- Scroll down to tags used. Here you will find an overview of how often a tag has been used.
- Select a date range and click the export button.
- You will now receive a CSV file containing a table.
Statistics are only visible for Team and Professional.
